Who we are
AD BOOST S.R.L., registered in Romania, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@lockleaks.com. Lock Leaks is part of FaNetwork.
What we collect
- Account details: email, stage name, password (stored hashed), plan and settings.
- Creator details: the accounts and links you add, reference photos you upload, and, when needed, identity documents to confirm you own the content.
- Case data: links we find, screenshots and page copies kept as evidence, and the notices we send.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We receive the status and the last digits of the card, never the full number.
- Usage data: device, browser, log and cookie data, to keep the service working and secure.
- Messages: what you send to our support team.
- Site chat: the email you give before chatting, your @username if you add it, the messages, and the pages you open while the chat is open. Answers may come from our AI assistant, and a person from our team can read and join the chat.
- Visit statistics, only if you allow them: the pages you open, where you came from (for example an ad, a search engine or a link), your device and browser, and your approximate location from your IP address. Without your OK we keep only a shortened IP address and no cookie.
- Call bookings: your name, agency, email, how many creators you manage, and the WhatsApp number or Telegram username you give us for the call.
Why we use it
- to provide the service you signed up for (contract);
- to confirm identity and ownership before sending notices (legal obligation and legitimate interest);
- to keep accounts and the service secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interest);
- to send product news, only if you agree, with an unsubscribe link in every email (consent);
- to understand which pages, ads and links bring visitors, and to tell Google Ads and Meta that an ad click became a sign-up or a purchase, only if you allow it in the cookie banner (consent);
- to remind you, at most three times, about the results of a free scan you ran, with an unsubscribe link in every email (legitimate interest);
- to meet accounting and tax rules (legal obligation).
Your legal name
Notices go out with your stage name and a link to your original content. We only share your legal name if a law or a court requires it, and we tell you first whenever we are allowed to.
Who we share data with
- Service providers that help us run Lock Leaks, such as hosting, payments, email delivery, search and scanning tools, and AI providers, under contracts that protect your data;
- Recipients of notices: websites, hosts and search engines receive what a notice needs, namely your stage name, links to your originals, the infringing links and our details as agent;
- Advertising platforms, only if you allow ad measurement: when you sign up or pay after clicking an ad, we tell Google Ads (the ad click ID, time and amount) and Meta (a hashed email, the click ID, IP address and browser, the amount). They use this to measure their ads. We do not share your content or your cases with them;
- Our own team tools: chat alerts to our team can be delivered through Telegram so we can answer quickly;
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content or conversations to train public AI models.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area. When data leaves the EEA, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active. Case evidence is kept while the case is open and for as long as needed to handle legal claims. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Site chats are kept for up to 12 months. Visit statistics are kept for 30 days. Your cookie choice is kept as proof of consent for 3 years. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time. Most of this can be done in your account settings; for everything else, write to us. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or the authority where you live.
Cookies
When you first visit, a banner asks what you allow. Needed cookies are always on. Visit statistics and ad measurement stay off until you turn them on, and you can change your choice at any time. We don’t load advertising scripts on the site and we don’t follow you across other sites.

Lock Leaks is only for people who are 18 or older.
