The agreement
These terms are between you and AD BOOST S.R.L., registered in Romania (“Lock Leaks”, “we”). By creating an account or using Lock Leaks, you agree to them.
Who can use Lock Leaks
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You must own the content you ask us to protect, or have written authorization from the owner. Agencies must have a signed authorization from each creator they add.
Our role as your agent
You authorize Lock Leaks to find copies of your content and send notices, reports and delisting requests on your behalf. You confirm the information you give us is true. You keep all rights to your content.
What we promise, and what we cannot
We search for leaks, send notices, follow up and escalate to hosts and search engines. Some sites, especially in certain countries, ignore notices, so we cannot guarantee that every copy will be removed. Lock Leaks is not a law firm and does not give legal advice; cases that need a lawyer can be referred to partner lawyers.
Your responsibilities
- give us accurate information and keep it up to date;
- add your own accounts and approved reposts to your whitelist;
- keep your password and API keys safe;
- never ask us to remove content you do not own, or criticism, reviews, news or parody.
Plans, payments and credits
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown before you pay, with VAT where it applies. AI credits are tied to your account and cannot be exchanged for money.
Refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of buying, unless you asked us to start the service right away and it has already been fully performed. Other refund requests are handled case by case; write to us.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Lock Leaks: no false claims, no attempts to access other people's data, no scraping or reverse engineering of the service, and no use of the API beyond its limits. See Trust & Safety for how we handle misuse.
Intellectual property
The Lock Leaks software, brand and website belong to us. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the service, for example to match copies and keep evidence.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put creators or the service at risk. You can close your account at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Romania, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
